The best creative visualization techniques and idea to change my life today
I have been in many of the situations that this site is designed to help people with. I did though move from frustration, depression, anxiety, drug abuse and nicotine addiction into a far more pleasant and empowering life.
There was also the usual debilitating stuff too. I was in a dead end job that I hated. I never had any money due to my expensive habits and addictions. I was overweight and completely unfit.
Two things saved me just as the downward spiral was about to end for me at rock bottom.
First of all thankfully I cared about myself enough to realise that I’d had enough of my current way of living and that I must change quickly or my life would be over.
I realized that for me, rock bottom was about 1 inch away and I managed to wake myself up and start to ask questions of myself. These questions were obviously of a better quality than I had asked myself in the past.
Then through a chance meeting with someone, I was presented with a book which covered many areas but mostly contained references and the tools found within NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming).
Secondly, I did something that I was always afraid to do – I asked for help
And wow did I get help! I will list many different organisations that can help you regardless of what you have issues with. I found an incredible group of people that could help me. I found professionals that had been helping people for years with similar issues to mine. I also found individuals that seemed to be waiting for me to call, ready to jump in and help me immediately.
If you feel like you are trapped in a false existence, where you are wasting your days away doing things you don’t want to do then there is no time like the present to go ahead and make changes.
You must be completely unwilling to live life your old ways any longer. You can start making improvements straight away, and complete the exercises to discover or remind yourself who you truly are and what you truly want.
If you are fed up with your life right now, or if you just want to alter a few simple things, that’s fine!
